DTLA Michelin-Recommended🌟 Maccheroni's Handmade Pasta 🍝
I can’t believe I just discovered this Michelin-recommended Italian spot tucked away on a street I pass by every day! 😲 They don’t take reservations – you just walk in and wait, but the line moves pretty quickly. Saw quite a few fellow food-loving Chinese visitors there too~ The vibe is lovely, with both indoor and outdoor seating in a cozy little courtyard. So chill that I had no idea it was a restaurant when walking by during the day! “Life is a combination of magic and pasta” ✨🇮🇹 ✅ Roasted Bone Marrow Bone marrow butter + garlic parsley crumbs + toasted bread… who wouldn’t fall in love? The marrow was generous and rich, soaking into the bread – but not overly greasy at all! 🥖💫 ✅ Bianchi & Neri – Signature Black & White Shrimp Pasta Their famous dish! It’s basically shrimp and mushroom cream pasta. The handmade pasta really does taste different from store-bought – softer, more authentic, no factory vibe. The cream sauce is aromatic and rich, though it can get a bit heavy (as cream sauces do!). 🍤🖤 ✅ Rigatoni Pom’Amore Creamy tomato sauce topped with burrata. A great choice if you want creaminess without it being too heavy – the tomato’s sweet-tangy balance is just right! 🍅🧀 ✅ Lasagna Di Carne A very traditional Italian meat lasagna. Classic flavor, no surprises – and the portion isn’t too huge. ✅ Mascarpone Flan – Caramel Pudding This left a strong impression – so delicious! The texture was incredibly smooth, the caramel rich and flavorful. The sweetness was just perfect – satisfying but not overwhelming. Highly recommend! 🍮❤️ Have you tried handmade pasta before?
