Dublin Dining | Charcoal-Grilled Dry-Aged Steaks

**Hellfire** This is the kind of place you pass by countless times while walking around the city center. If I remember correctly, it opened just in the past year or two. Every time I walk by, I'm drawn to the dry-aging cabinet right at the entrance. The website mentions that all the beef is locally grass-fed. The seafood is from Beshoffs, and the vegetables are all from local farms. It feels like everything is super fresh. Halfway through the meal, I heard the waiter say that several dishes were already sold out. Good thing I got there early. The menu isn't very extensive, but they do have vegetarian options like steak and ribs. The daily operating hours are short, and it's always packed in the evenings. 👉🏻 Rib Eye (280g/10oz) 💰: 36.5€ The chef recommended medium-rare, but the waiter said it might be a bit bloody, so I went with medium. It was perfect for us. The inside of the beef was pink, tender, and easy to cut. The surface had a bit of salt and olive oil, but it was delicious even without it. The marbling on the rib-eye was just right, and it had a good chew to it. 😋 👉🏻 Grilled Seafood Bowl 💰: 35€ It comes with mussels, clams, prawns, baby squid, calamari rings, scallops, and half a sourdough bread. It's a huge portion. I'm not sure if it's the season, but the mussels were quite small. However, every single item was super fresh and tender, with no fishy smell at all. The shellfish had no sand or grit. The overall seasoning was amazing—kind of tangy and spicy. 🦐 👉🏻 White Strawberry Lemon Sangria 💰: 11€ I’ve never tried a Sauvignon Blanc-based sangria before, so I gave it a shot out of curiosity. It had a slight tangy flavor and was very refreshing. The strawberry taste wasn't very noticeable, but it had a low alcohol content and went perfectly with the seafood. 🍍 👉🏻 Skin-on Skinny Fries 💰: 5.5€ (Ps. I didn't have enough time to try the tiramisu 😭. It's supposed to be pistachio-flavored. The owner seems to be Italian, so it feels very authentic. If anyone has tried their tiramisu, let me know if it's good 😭.) #Ireland #Steak #DryAged #DublinEats #IrishLife #Dublin #DublinLife #DublinEats #DublinFoodie #DiscoveringFlavors
