Dublin Michelin-Starred Dining | Glovers Alley ⭐🍽️

Booked a month ahead for a friend's birthday - surprisingly easy to reserve! No crazy waitlists or timed releases. When I booked, plenty of slots were still available. ✅ 📍 Located on the **2nd floor** of a hotel. Just follow the map to the entrance - you'll spot the **Glovers Alley sign** and Michelin's red logo. Take the hotel lift (clearly marked "Level 1 Glovers Alley"). 🍴 **Pre-Meal Bites:** Not a fan of beetroot flavors, but the **cheddar cheese tart** was divine - crispy shell with rich, savory filling! 🥐 **Bread Selection:** ALL delicious - freshly baked, warm, and fluffy! But the **black olive & parmesan roll**? *Chef's kiss* 👌 Salty, cheesy, and buttery! 🍽️ **Lunch Tasting Menu (€75pp):** • **Scallop** with pickled radish & kumquat vinegar - refreshingly light and tangy! • **Lobster salad** with yuzu dressing & thyme - wrapped in kohlrabi slices for a fun twist! • **Braised beef rib & foie gras** - decent but forgettable (foie got too rich after a few bites). • **Mango mousse** with pineapple & meringue - just okay. 🌟 **Surprise Menu (€115pp):** Bolder, richer flavors vs. the lunch menu. • **Standout dish:** Venison! Tender, curry-spiced, with foie gras for extra luxury. Heavy but incredible! 🦌 • **Must-try drinks:** Their strawberry cocktail + dessert wine (sweet yet smooth - no bitterness!). 💫 **Vibe:** Cozy yet refined. Service (as expected from a 1-star) was polished. Dress code: smart casual. #DublinFood #MichelinStar #FineDining
