📍 Dublin Phoenix Park Reportedly the largest open park in Europe

Twice the size of Central Park, it’s not far from the city center, but a 40-minute walk can be tiring. If you don’t feel like walking, taking the bus is recommended. The park is huge; you can rent a bike or walk. It’s not crowded, with large areas of well-maintained green lawns, spacious streets, and plenty of benches to rest on. Make sure to visit on a nice day – the difference between sunny and cloudy weather is like night and day!! How to find the 🦌: You won’t see any deer near the entrance. Walk along the hiking trail for about half an hour (?) and you’ll come to a very open grassland with woods – this is where the deer roam. We encountered three groups of deer when we went – very lucky! The 🦌 are gentle, but don’t approach too quickly or you might scare them away. And their antlers can be dangerous if they charge at you❗️ Coming here on a sunny day is fantastic – the view is super open, the air is clean and fresh, there are very few people, and the adorable 🦌— You can run wild in the empty fields, roll on the grass, and feel the beauty of freedom and harmony between humans and nature. You can have a friend take some nice photos of you, but be sure to keep warm – the wind here is really, really strong❗️ #PhoenixPark #Dublin #UpCloseWithWildlife
