Duck & Dumpling – Bamboo House’s San Antonio Spin-Off? 🦆🍜

Tried the new-ish Duck & Dumpling in San Antonio – feels like a Bamboo House branch but duck-focused! The roast duck was… well, very Bamboo House-style 🦆✅. Tasty and consistent, though the meat underneath was still as crumbly as ever. Heads up: Closed Tuesdays 🚫 Weekends = busy! Mondays = low stock. We went Monday afternoon and they were out of shengjian bao AND crab & pork soup dumplings 😭 So… pretty much everything we craved was gone. But the noodles were solid 🍜👌! Final take: It’s nice to have this spot when you’re craving roast duck or noodles in SA.
