Dumpling Haus in San Antonio 🌟

The soup dumplings (Xiao Long Bao) were unanimously praised! My eldest daughter said these were the best she’s had recently—she gave them a solid 100/100. A lot of places just steam frozen ones, but these tasted truly fresh and delicious! The dumplings were also a hit. We ordered the three-flavor sour soup dumplings and pork with green onion—both had that authentic Northern Chinese handmade taste. 👌 My husband and I absolutely loved the Sichuan-style spicy beef tongue. It was numbing, fragrant, and the portion was huge! We could hardly finish it—so maybe skip other dishes if you order this. 🌶️ The beef noodle soup was ordered by my youngest daughter. While the noodles didn’t leave a strong impression, the beef was incredibly tender and flavorful—I’m a fan of big, soft, stewed beef chunks!
