East Asian Foodie's Alaska Eating Diary 🍽️✨ 1|Snow City Cafe ☕️ Anchorage Kodiak Benedict and Crabby Omelet were a bit salty for my taste 🧂😅 2|Great Harvest Bread 🥖 Anchorage Cinnamon rolls are huge and delicious 😋🍞 3|Bahn Thai 🇹🇭 Fairbanks Tom Yum is super tasty and not as sweet as some reviews said 🌶️🍲 After a long day of travel, this meal brought total happiness 💖🚗 4|Chowder House 🥘 Fairbanks Agreed with Teacher Ye—this was the best meal of the whole trip 🎉 Ordered seafood pasta / garlic shrimp / crab roll 🦐🍝🦀 5|The Crepey 🧇 Fairbanks A crepe spot we ate at for breakfast two days in a row 😋☀️ Both the Alaskan Breakfast and the special menu pistachio crepe were delicious 🌰💚 6|Aurora Crepes & Peking Duck 🫔 Fairbanks Getting Peking duck crepes in Alaska—what more could you ask for? 🚲🦆✨ 7|PHOnatik Vietnamese Cuisine & Lounge 🍜 Anchorage Oxtail pho deeply soothed my Asian soul 🍜💆‍♀️ Ladies, be careful with the large portion—it’s really too much to finish ⚠️🙅‍♀️ 8|Moose's Tooth Pub & Pizzeria 🍕 Anchorage Pizza claimed to be third-best in the U.S., fried chicken was just okay 🍗😐 Santa‘s + Call of the Wild combo was super meaty 🍖🔥 9|Wild Scoops 🍦 Anchorage Recommend Wild Blueberry, though overall a bit sweet 🫐🍨 10|Inferno Seafood Boil 🦞 Anchorage American-style hands-on seafood feast, WORKZ flavor is so fragrant 🌊👐 King crab market price $95, huge and sweet portion 🦀💰 Added reindeer sausage and corn as sides—also delicious 🌭🌽 But I’d still choose Fred Meyer cold-case crab legs with instant noodles for better value 👍🛒🍜 #AlaskaTrip#AlaskaFood#AnchorageFood#FairbanksFood
