We tried their Restaurant Week menu — and from the food to the service and ambiance, it was totally worth it! Great value at $40 per person. 🥣 Celery Root Soup Shooter A rich, nutty walnut-celery soup with a velvety texture. You can’t even taste the celery — it perfectly balances the nuttiness so it’s not too heavy. My only complaint: the cup was too small, gone in two sips! 😅 🍖 Lamb Meatballs SO flavorful — tasted so fresh, like you were chasing the lamb yourself 😆. Tender, juicy, and served over crispy, porous crostini soaked in tangy tomato sauce. One bite = meaty, veggie, carb perfection. Could eat ten bowls! 🧀 Buffalo Mozzarella A beautifully balanced dish! Creamy mozzarella paired with juicy blood orange, nutty pistachios, mild balsamic, and peppery arugula. Everything highlights the pure, rich cheese flavor. Simply brilliant! 🥩 Braised Beef Short Rib 100/10! Two huge ribs — mostly tender lean meat with just enough fat for flavor, drizzled with a savory jus. Served over creamy, buttery, slightly sweet Fontina polenta… so good you hardly need teeth. 😋🍛 🍝 Paccheri Pasta Hearty red sauce pasta — not too acidic or heavy. If you love classic tomato pasta, you won’t be able to stop. 🍰 Tiramisu (Extra order) Light, coffee-soaked ladyfingers layered with rich mascarpone and dusted with cocoa. Creamy, boozy, and not too sweet — highly recommend! 🍫 Chocolate Caramel Custard Smoother and silkier than mousse — rich chocolate flavor without being overly sweet. 🥠 Cannoli Filled with pistachio cream — not too rich, and the shell had a nice crunch. Served with refreshing candied orange peel. #PhillyEats #ItalianFood #BistroRomano #RestaurantWeek #PhillyRestaurants #FoodPhotography
