Eating and Drinking in France 🇫🇷 | Two Michelin Stars in Colmar

As a food and drink blogger currently living in Switzerland, it’s been a while since I last wrote about European dining. Hahaha, this summer has been scorching hot, and my enthusiasm for eating has taken a big hit. 🥵 But this two-star Michelin restaurant in Colmar is definitely worth a visit even in the heat! **La Table d'Olivier Nasti** It’s about a 20-minute drive from Colmar. **Ambiance:** The chef has a deep love for his hometown and hunting, haha 😝. After the meat is eaten, the animal skulls are hung up as decorations. The decor style is rustic and farmhouse chic. **Service:** Attentive and spot-on. 🥹 On our star-chasing journey, we always like to take photos with the chef if we get the chance. The waiter thoughtfully arranged a tour of the kitchen between the two main courses, and the chef even generously showed us around. It was such a delight! **Taste:** Through his choice of ingredients, tableware 🍴, and flavors, the chef expresses his love for his hometown. The menu is extensive and without any flaws. It has a regional charm with a touch of sophistication, and I can see the potential for a three-star Michelin rating in the future. **Average Spend:** Around €400 per person if you order drinks. **Recommendation:** 🌟🌟🌟🌟½. I deducted half a star because the location is a bit remote, and it’s best to drive there. #ColmarAlsace #MichelinRestaurant #TwoMichelinStars #MyFoodDiary #MichelinRestaurantReview
