Eating in Alaska😋 Anchorage & Fairbanks、

Eating in Alaska😋 Anchorage & Fairbanks Anchorage、 📍 Inferno Seafood Boil Delicious! We ordered snow crab, shrimp, corn, sausage, and garlic noodles for two. Ended up with a little corn left over. We chose the Workz sauce at medium spice. For someone who can handle some spice, it wasn’t spicy at all—the sauce had lots of garlic and butter. Personally, I prefer Boiling Crab’s signature sauce, which feels a bit lighter! The garlic noodles were basically soy sauce garlic fried pasta—pretty good! 📍 Glacier Brewhouse Yummy! Simply the Best Calamari: Amazing! First time trying such thick fried calamari. Unlike the chewy kind elsewhere, this was tender. And the sauce was slightly spicy with a hint of lemon—perfect for cutting through the richness! I even finished the fried chili peppers on the plateđŸ„ș. BBQ Baby Pork Ribs: The BBQ sauce was sweet, great with beer or salad. The meat was super tender—thumbs up! Came with about six ribs, and the portion was generous. The cornbread on the side was also delicious, lol! Fettuccine Jambalaya: A bit of a letdown. From the photo, I thought it’d be a spicy tomato pasta, but it was actually very creamy with a smoky/cumin flavor—no tomato taste at all. Got tired of it after a few bites. 📍 Snow City Cafe Just okay, even though the restaurant decor was super cuteđŸ€”. Kodiak: Crab Benedict. The crab cake had too much starch and wasn’t very fresh. Not as good as the crab Benedict at Breakfast Republic in Southern California, which is the best I’ve had so farđŸ„ș—it even had a thin layer of blueberry jam for a rich and balanced flavor. Pork Carnita Hash Bowl: Liked this better. Basically just pork and potatoes, lol—nothing mind-blowing. Fairbanks 📍 Chowder House Decent, not amazing. Crab Roll: Crab sandwich with crispy bread. Not as good as similar rolls I’ve had in Seattle and California. Butter Shrimp: Better than the roll. The bread dipped in the sauce was really fragrant! 📍 Thai House Pineapple fried rice and chicken skewers were tasty! Drunken noodles were super sweet—avoid them! 📍 Aurora Crepes and Peking Duck Average jianbing (savory crepe). Personally, I thought the Peking Duck one tasted better. 📍 Lemongrass Portions weren’t huge. Ordered curry and drunken noodles—the noodles were a bit hard, but the flavor was alrightđŸ€”. #Alaska#AnchorageFood#Fairbanks#Food
