Eating Meat in London Until Retirement... 🍖
Who understands the struggle of scrolling through mouth-watering American BBQ every night before bed? I finally found a decent spot for American BBQ in London! 🍽️ Although I didn't get the fall-off-the-bone beef ribs I saw online, the overall experience was pretty good. 🥩 USS Oregon Their platters are priced per person. We ordered a 2-person platter for five of us, and it came out to £34.5 per person. The platter included beef brisket, sausages, chicken wings, pork ribs, pulled pork, and some sides. The smoked sausages were the best – a bit salty but super flavorful and highly recommended! The pork was just okay for me; it had a bit of an off-flavor. The beef and chicken wings were both pretty good, though. 🍖 Beef Ribs We added an extra order of beef ribs, which were fantastic! They were rich in fat, super aromatic, and came in generous portions. Taking them home and pan-frying with sea salt and black pepper made them even better – the fat and meat flavors really came out. 🦪 Fried Oysters Highly recommend the fried oysters – they were super crispy and delicious! We ordered them twice. The other sides were also great: the fries, Mac & Cheese, and beans were all yummy. 🍽️ Overall, it was a solid experience. Meat lovers should definitely give it a try! 🍖 📍 Red Dog Saloon If you’re going on a weekend and expect a crowd, it’s a good idea to book in advance, but walk-ins should be fine during the week. It’s best for groups of 4-5 or more, as the portions are quite large. The average cost is around £40+ per person, depending on how much you order. #LondonEats #AmericanBBQ #LondonRestaurants #RestaurantHopping #WinterMeatFest #MeatLoversHeaven #MeatEveryMeal #GlobalFoodieSquad #SatisfyingMeatFest
