Eating My Way Through New York's Italian Eateries(2)
San Sabino The sister restaurant of Don Angie, with adorable bright - yellow decor. They love using a strong lemon flavor, which can actually get a bit tiring after a while. 🍃 Everything else is pretty standard, but the lobster triangoli is a pleasant surprise! The white sauce is rich but not too heavy, and the lobster filling is quite fresh and juicy. The slight spiciness from the chili oil really adds a nice touch! 🦞 🌸Rezdôra A one - Michelin - star Italian restaurant focusing on handmade pasta. I like the al dente texture. The two - colored meat sauce GRAMIGNA is quite fragrant but too salty. 🌸The Uovo Raviolo with its creamy yolk center and ricotta/truffle/chicken of the woods mushrooms/brown butter is very rich and flavorful. However, the pasta skin is undercooked, giving it a powdery and astringent feel that really affects the overall taste. 🍝 🍃 #NewYork 😔
