Eating Well, Even When Dining Alone 🍽️✨
Dagg Thai The Tom Yum Goong here is a bit creamy, packed with lots of enoki mushrooms. The shrimp seems to be frozen, and the texture is just okay. Tom Yum Goong is usually a safe bet, and this one is no exception—tasty and comforting. The Krapow Wagyu is pretty good, with a nice wok-fried aroma and tender beef. 🍖 🗽 La Pecora Bianca SoHo After shopping in SoHo, I stopped by here for lunch and ordered gramigna with an extra serving of burrata. I hadn't tried this type of pasta before, and it was quite chewy. The white meat sauce had chunks of sausage and broccolini, with a sprinkle of chili flakes. The flavors were well-balanced. The portion was pretty large, and I got a bit full towards the end, leaving some leftovers. It fueled me for an afternoon of shopping in SoHo. 🛍️ 🗽 A-Frame Cafe I stumbled upon this café while shopping. I bought a pink Alpha jacket at Arc'teryx in SoHo. Even though I don't hike or ski, I couldn't resist the beautiful color. 🥹 When I checked out, I noticed the café inside the store. Since I made a purchase, I got 20% off my drink. I randomly ordered a matcha blueberry tonic, and it was surprisingly delicious! Refreshing with a bubbly texture, the sweetness of the blueberries balanced the bitterness of the matcha perfectly. 🍃 🗽 Overall, I feel like New York is a great city for single living. The only downsides are ordering too much food and ending up with heavy shopping bags. As a lazy person, I guess it's time to get back into shape and build up some arm strength! 💪 #NewYork #NYCFood #DiningAlone 🗽✨
