Edinburgh Italian Restaurant, Pasta Lover's Paradise 😋

We walked into this restaurant with my boyfriend, originally just looking to grab a quick bite. But because it was so busy and there were no available tables, we were seated at the bar area. Surprisingly, this turned out to be a great experience! Watching the chef🧑‍🍳 make pizzas right in front of us, with the whole space filled with the aroma of freshly baked goodness, really set the mood. 🍕 We ordered the following dishes👇🏻: 🍅🍞 BRUSCHETTA—Crispy sourdough bread topped with marinated tomatoes and Ricotta salata cheese. It's a refreshing and appetizing choice for a starter, perfect for getting your taste buds ready. 🥪 rimp LINGUINE AI GAMBERONI—A rich cream sauce with a touch of tomato and brandy, paired with large prawns, parsley, and extra virgin olive oil. It's creamy yet has a refreshing tomato and parsley flavor, great for seafood lovers. But I personally think it might get a bit too rich if you eat too much. It's perfect for sharing with friends. 🍤 Eggplant CASARECCE ALLA NORMA—A delicious tomato and eggplant stew, with the fragrance of basil and the creaminess of two cheeses (Fior di Latte mozzarella and Ricotta Salata). It tastes like homemade eggplant and tomato, but with an extra touch of dairy. This is my No.1 favorite. 🍆 Garlic GARLIC BREAD—Classic garlic bread with a crispy exterior and soft interior. The perfect blend of herbs and garlic makes it simple yet incredibly tasty. 🧄 Chocolate MOUSSE AL CIOCCOLATO—A delightful dark chocolate mousse with salted caramel sauce and chocolate shavings. I loved the pot design—it's both beautiful and delicious. The top layer is smooth and creamy, while the bottom is moist and soft. It's a unique dessert texture that I highly recommend. 🍰 The prices are reasonable, and the atmosphere is great. Definitely worth a visit! 🏠 #food #ItalianCuisine #EdinburghFood #RestaurantReview
