It was delicious with the sauce! - But it might have been a bit too rare 🥹 a little tough to chew. 🍖 5-Spice Rubbed Heritage Pork 🍖 - Pork, smoked celeriac puree, red wine braised cabbage, bacon cranberry apple chutney, vegetables, champagne vinaigrette - Initially worried about any strange flavors with the pork - Turned out to be incredibly delicious! A real surprise! 🥚 Scotch Egg 🥚 - Fried meat wrapped around a soft-boiled egg - The texture is incredibly rich!
