Eggslut in Las Vegas 🥚 | Must-Try Breakfast Spot!

Just tried the famous Gaucho Sandwich and it totally lives up to the hype! 🤤 Loaded with tender beef chunks, a perfectly fried egg 🍳, fresh arugula, and this amazing cilantro sauce that's an absolute game-changer for cilantro lovers! 🌿 Seriously, this was even better than their signature Fairfax sandwich - more flavor and better texture! The orange juice though... had this weird aftertaste that I can't quite describe 😅 Maybe it was just an off batch? Their truffle hash brown was decent - not as crispy and flavorful as the ones I've had in Vancouver (missing that strong truffle kick!), but still probably one of the better breakfast potatoes you'll find in Vegas. 🍠 The place gets super busy but the line moves pretty fast!
