Had half a morning free for some city walking 🚶♀️🌆 Instead of having Hong Kong-style dim sum at Palazzo, we decided to try Eggslut—the spot where even Americans line up! The line moved fast! We arrived around 10 AM—about 20 people waiting along the wall—but we got in within 20 minutes! ⏳👍 We ordered almost everything recommended on Xiaohongshu 🍠👇: ➕ Cinnamon Cold Brew (first few sips were rough… later it was okay, but still not recommended 😅) 🍔 Fairfax Sandwich: The signature scrambled egg burger—make sure to add avocado 🥑! The creamy eggs and avocado are a perfect match 👌💚 Even my mom’s picky stomach approved! The eggs weren’t plain—they had great seasoning and were super tender~ 🍔 Gaucho Sandwich: Delicious! Really creative—filled with steak and cilantro 🌿 Refreshing taste, tender meat—loved it! Tastes exactly like sliced beef mixed with cilantro, just as you’d imagine 😄 The bread was soft too, served with cilantro sauce. 🥖 Slut: Baguette topped with mashed potatoes and a poached egg—served in a cute glass jar! 🥚🍶 Some reviews said it’s salty, but I thought it was just fine~ The mash was silky smooth, and the runny yolk was so satisfying! 🥔 Truffle Hashbrowns: The outside was super crispy! So tasty 😍 But the truffle flavor was pretty mild. 🍊 Fresh Orange Juice: Freshly squeezed! American oranges hit different—so good!! 🧡✨ Loved their packaging too—everything came in a neat set, easy to carry and very thoughtful! 🛍️💖 We were totally full after all that—perfect brunch! 🥪🍴 📍 3708 Las Vegas Blvd S Level 2, Las Vegas, NV 89109 Located on the 2nd floor of the Cosmopolitan Hotel—opens at 7 AM, closes around 2–3 PM 🕖🌞 While waiting in line, grab coffee at nearby DISTRICT ☕ I blindly picked it based on the crowd—not bad!
