Personally, I usually prefer Southern Mexican flavors, but this spot cleverly blends north and south—plus the value is amazing 💰👍. Tucked in an unassuming alley, the exterior is humble, but stepping inside wraps you in that classic Mexican diner vibe—painted tiles, wooden tables and chairs, yellowed old photos on the walls, and that warm aroma of fresh tortillas, grilled meat, and spices 🏮🌶️. Seats are always in demand; we waited about 20 minutes, but the servers were incredibly kind, smiling warmly and patiently explaining the menu～ The complimentary freshly fried corn chips were crispy and fragrant, served with two house salsas (red slightly spicy, green refreshing)—and when we left, they even gave us a whole new bag to take home!
