New York | Don't Hype Up Tsuta, Pho Next Door Is Making Me Cry with Its Amazing Smell π π Em Vietnamese Bistro Michelin Ramen Tsuta, you really think you're something, huh? π In June, I saw Tsuta was under renovation when I went to Arabica%. Last week, I heard they were opening on Friday. ππΈ I left work half an hour early and drove 40 minutes, thinking the quality would be better in the first few days. πΊπBut when we got there, the manager looked really arrogant. He asked if we hadn't seen the social media posts. They were out of noodles and wouldn't serve us anymore... ππΈWho checks social media just to eat ramen?? I did feel a bit guilty at first, thinking maybe I was at fault. But when I checked social media, it said they were sold out three hours earlier. Yet the restaurant was still full of people. Even ten minutes before when we drove by, new customers were still walking in. πΊπ The two girls who had come from far away were also speechless. "You guys should check the IG post. We are sold out." It was clear they were trying to act cool, like they didn't care if we came or not. It was really annoying and disappointing. After that, the person who seemed to be the manager got impatient and just closed the door and went inside. πΊπ It was 1 degree outside, and the wind was strong. I was so excited to try their ramen, but in an instant, I was extremely put off. I decided not to eat there anymore. #NewYork π
