Enjoyed the siumai
I love siu mai, but not the traditional Cantonese style. The siu mai my aunt used to make when I was a kid was something I never forgot! I had some at Dim Sum in South Africa, and they were incredibly delicate and fresh. The flavors were just right—fresh and sweet.👍👍👍 Tang is a bit more Westernized Chinese restaurant, and their dishes are all very delicate. They’re perfect for people with smaller appetites. The sweet and sour pork and teriyaki chicken are a bit sweeter than usual. I had trouble understanding the English menu, so I needed some translation help. My local friend ordered Chinese food more smoothly than I did! They told me it’s one of their favorite Chinese dishes.💗 The siu mai was very fresh, with just the right amount of flavor—neither greasy nor oily. That’s why I’ll definitely come back to this restaurant. The Wagyu TACO was amazing!🌟🌟🌟🌟I couldn’t stop at just one serving. The fried rice was also very fragrant and better than I expected. The hand towels had a light essential oil scent that was very refreshing and helped me feel less tired. 📍 TANG Asian Luxury Restaurant & Bar Shop No 120, Nelson Mandela Square, Sandton, 2196 #SouthAfrica #SiuMai #WorldCuisineCapital #Johannesburg #FriedRice #Foodie #HiddenGems #ChineseFood
