🍛 Everything Was Great... But There’s a Catch 🧐

As a big fan of Eastern European cuisine in London, I’ve tried almost all the popular spots. Zima definitely stands out with its wide menu selection, attentive service, and quick cooking. The presentation of the dishes is also top-notch – visually appealing and Instagram-ready! 📸🍽️ However, I did notice they tend to overcharge on small, less noticeable items, which left me feeling a bit uneasy. For example: Their nice magazine: listed as £10 on the website (plus £12-13 with delivery), £10 on the menu, but the waiter charged £15.😊😊 The honey cake, which should have been around £3, ended up being £9!😘 I don’t mind paying for quality, but consistency and transparency matter. Also, they didn’t provide the receipt directly to the terminal – a minor detail, but it adds to the feeling something’s off. That said, everything else was really good. I’ve only been to the Soho branch – maybe I’ll try Notting Hill next time and hope for a smoother experience. I’d still recommend Zima for the food and vibe, but keep an eye on the bill – competitors might be more budget-friendly! 😉 #ZimaLondon #EasternEuropeanCuisine #HonestReview #PricingWatch #SohoEats
