The service at Oasis began impressing us even before we arrived. They communicated clearly and thoroughly about our expectations and special requests ahead of time. Upon arrival, we were welcomed with warmth and friendliness, and given all the essential information we needed to start our stay smoothly 😊. While our room was being prepared, the housekeeping team securely stored our luggage so we could head out to explore 🧳. During our outing, a tsunami alert was issued. When we returned, Aaliyah at the front desk remained incredibly calm, kind, and professional. She guided us through the situation—including whether evacuation was needed—and reassured us with clear information. As she assured us, everything turned out fine, and the hotel was unharmed 🌀🙏. The valet team, Mike and Mark, were also wonderfully attentive and made us feel welcome every time we came and went 🚗💨. Our room was cleaned and refreshed thoroughly, just as we requested 🧼✨.
