Excellent Business Environment in Miami! 💼

Spending a few hours at Zuma Restaurant is always a pleasure. This business dinner was particularly interesting – one of my partners decided to arrive on his yacht (yes, you can dock right there! ⛵) and brought along some fresh lobsters 🦞. While the chef didn't allow the lobsters to be prepared on the spot, he did take care of them for future use. I had a feeling they wouldn’t be able to accommodate such an unusual request 😄. Now, about the food… it was fantastic! The corn is a must-order 🌽. So is the sashimi or nigiri 🍣. The Australian Wagyu is also worth trying 🥩. The salads and side dishes here might just be among the best in the culinary world 🌟. My strategy at Zuma has always been to share with everyone at the table and order as many dishes as possible to truly savor the full experience 🍽️. As for the wine, we ordered several excellent bottles 🍷. The sommelier always takes great care of us and even keeps track of my previous visits to ensure a smoother and more personalized dining experience 🥂.
