Bob's Restaurant was fantastic. We arrived a bit early, but they were ready for us — a lovely welcome! The table setup was thoughtful, and the staff were consistently professional and courteous. Our server, Josh, was outstanding — attentive, knowledgeable, and truly made our evening special. For appetizers, we ordered the calamari and tuna tartare, both of which were absolutely delicious and beautifully presented. 🦑🐟 My bride chose the salmon for her main course, while I went for the ribeye steak. The steak was grilled perfectly to temperature, though I did feel the cut was a bit tougher toward the center — as a frequent steak griller myself, I’m perhaps a bit picky about the quality of the beef. Still very enjoyable! 🥩❤️ We finished with the crème brûlée for dessert — a sweet and creamy ending to a lovely meal. 🍮 All in all, it was a wonderful evening made truly memorable by top-notch service and a warm, welcoming atmosphere.
