Excellent Staff, Prime Location, Beautiful Room! 🌺

I stayed in an ocean-view room on the 19th floor, and the experience was wonderful. The staff were exceptional, and the location couldn’t be better. The room felt private and secluded, with minimal street noise—a noticeable contrast to other resorts I’ve stayed at on the main strip 🏙️🔇. Yet, it was still just steps away from all the shops and attractions on Kalākaua Avenue 🛍️. Though the room was compact, it was well-designed and functional. The bed was a bit firm, but I still slept soundly through the night 🛏️💤. What stood out most was the staff’s dedication—they went above and beyond to make sure all my needs and requests were met, even after I had checked out 🙌❤️. I highly recommend Hale Puna!
