Exceptional Aloha During an Unexpected Emergency 💖

I originally came to this hotel for a conference, but our trip took an unexpected turn when my mother dislocated her hip on the very first day of our week-long stay. 😔🏖️ What could have been a devastating experience turned into a powerful demonstration of true Aloha spirit, thanks to the incredible staff at this hotel. The incident happened on the beach near the hotel and Louis Hotel. The kind security guard not only helped us locate Emergency Medical Services (EMS) but also personally called our room the next day to check on my mother’s condition. 🏽❤️ That simple act of care meant so much to us during such a stressful time. The thoughtful and professional duty manager went above and beyond, generously arranging a move to an ADA-accessible room for us. The bell staff were also incredibly helpful, assisting with the rental, delivery, and return of a walker. 🦽✨ Thanks to these efforts, the hotel turned out to be perfectly suited for my mother’s recovery—whether she was using a scooter or a walker. Despite the challenges, we never felt like our vacation was over. With so many amenities right within the hotel—from the ocean-view restaurant 🍽️🌊 and fun shopping options 🛍️ to the cozy cabanas by the pool 🏊♂️☀️—we still enjoyed a peaceful and beautiful atmosphere. It felt like we were still on vacation, just at a gentler pace. I can’t thank the staff enough for helping us save this trip and supporting us through an unexpected emergency. I truly cannot imagine receiving better Aloha hospitality than what we experienced at this hotel.
