We had an absolutely wonderful stay at the Embassy hotel! From the ideal location to the heartfelt service, every moment felt special and cared for. 📍 Perfect Location Situated right along the scenic riverfront, the hotel made it so easy to explore the city on foot. We walked everywhere — from charming cafes and local shops to major attractions 🚶‍♀️🌊. ✅ Smooth & Speedy Check-In Our arrival was seamless — the check-in process was quick, and we were greeted with warm smiles 😊. Our room was spacious and very clean, though we did notice it felt a bit dated and the bathtub drained slowly 🛁. We heard the hotel is undergoing renovations, which is great news! 👏 Outstanding Staff Shout-Outs A few team members truly made our stay extraordinary: Gilbert at the front desk was not only kind but also incredibly helpful throughout our stay 💼🤝 Noe and Amber during breakfast were so warm and welcoming — they remembered our names and preferences! 🍳☕ Amber embodied true Southern hospitality — she offered helpful local tips and made us feel like family 🌟🤗 The housekeeping staff always greeted us with smiles and asked if we needed anything — their cheerful attitude brightened our days 🧹✨ 🍽️ Delicious Breakfast Experience The breakfast was a daily highlight!
