Experiencing the Most Beautiful Manhattan Sunset at a Steakhouse
This summer, you must witness the Manhattan skyline during a sunset at least once 🌄. It's so beautiful that words fail to describe it. This Western restaurant located on the top floor of Tangram in Flushing is not only the only steakhouse in Flushing but also an open-air bar with great cocktails🍹. Each drink is the embodiment of summer. The oysters have a sweet and fresh taste🦪, and the shishito peppers are perfectly grilled. The wedge salad is my favorite, with fresh and crisp lettuce paired with bacon and blue cheese, instantly opening up the taste buds. The most surprising dish was the bone marrow, freshly roasted marrow served with warm, just-baked pudding. The smoky flavor, the richness of the marrow, and the soft, creamy texture of the pudding create an incredibly delightful taste experience. 🥩For the steak, I ordered the 21-day wet aged prime New York Strip this time. It's crispy on the outside and tender on the inside, with every bite bursting with juice. You can feel the natural flavor of the meat in every mouthful, paired with asparagus, which is very tender. Red wine is an essential companion. #FlushingSteakhouse #NewYorkSteak #FlushingOpenAirBar #FlushingFood #NewYorkFunAndFood
