My appetite was hardly stirred by the Western-style dishes, but the drenched and umbrella-less us were warmly greeted by the stunningly attractive staff, and since the rain showed no sign of stopping, we decided to have a meal. ✅The egg pancake was tender, soft, smooth, and as fluffy as a pillow. The bread was springy, with a chewy texture that left a lingering aftertaste, topped with their signature whipped butter. ✅A burst of flavors in every bite. ✅The chef, who crafted the dishes, writes in the Atelier September book, “I want every guest who comes here to feel like a regular.” ✅This is the best explanation for the limited menu that doesn’t give you choice paralysis, allowing for quick orders!
