Exploring Florence: Michelin-Recommended Restaurants

**Florence's Michelin-Recommended Restaurant: A Decade of Excellence** Florence has been a Michelin-recommended destination for a decade now. We booked our table two weeks in advance, but upon arrival, we found plenty of empty seats. It seemed like a walk-in would have been just as easy. The restaurant is small but exquisitely designed, and the quiet, non-crowded atmosphere makes it perfect for a romantic date.πŸ–ΌοΈπŸ–ΌοΈπŸ–ΌοΈ **Ordering Options:** You can choose between a set menu or Γ  la carte. This time, we opted for the 6-course set menu.❀️❀️❀️ **Ceviche di ricciola** The ceviche, seasoned with coconut milk, was a delightful surprise! There was no fishy taste at all. The aroma of the coconut milk paired perfectly with the fish, creating a unique and highly recommended texture.😻😻😻 **Figure 2** shows a complimentary appetizer provided by the restaurant. It had a bean flavor, with a texture similar to salty ice cream. Paired with the finger bread from the pre-meal, the taste was just right. **Tartare di manzo** The popcorn with sweet mayonnaise was a bit underwhelming for me, as my expectations were quite high. Personally, I found it less appealing than the black truffle restaurant I mentioned in my previous notes. It was a bit too rich for my taste.πŸ˜€πŸ˜€πŸ˜€ **Spaghetti al nero** The squid ink pasta was a bit salty for my preference. On a side note, the bread here is delicious and pairs well with any of the dish's sauces! **Piccione** The medium-rare pigeon meat with an eggplant base had a unique texture. I didn't enjoy the eggplant, as the combination tasted a bit odd to me. **Spuma di cocco** Delicious! The coconut-flavored cream encases lemon ice cream, creating a delightful sweet and sour flavor that is very enjoyable. **Riso** The sweet rice with white peaches was not bad, but it didn't quite feel like a dessert. It was slightly warm, and a cooler presentation would have been more appealing. **Average Cost:** €60-80 Overall, the experience was worth it. Each dish was unique and worth trying if you're visiting Florence. I highly recommend giving it a try!
