Exploring Le Sia: A Hot Pot Haven in New York π
πΈNew York has suddenly turned so cold β what better way to warm up than with a steaming hot pot? Le Sia is definitely worth a visit! π² The restaurant even has Beijinger soda! Dining alone, I spent around $100. π Beijing-Style Lamb Scorpion Pot + Fatty Beef + Lamb Slices π π The pot is filled with generous pieces of lamb scorpion, cooked until tender and flavorful. The broth has a rich, savory taste with hints of Chinese herbal spices, but itβs not salty or greasy. Itβs incredibly fresh! The pot also comes with complimentary cabbage, tofu, and radish. You can use the flavorful broth to cook the lamb slices and fatty beef, which is not only delicious but also saves you the cost of a copper pot and seasonings. π² π’ Grilled Delights π I ordered squid tentacles, lamb skewers, chicken gizzards, and lamb kidneys. The barbecue seasoning is very generous and flavorful, clearly marinated in a well-prepared sauce. π Garlic Butter Scallops with Vermicelli π€ π These are pretty standard β not overly special but still enjoyable. π€ π Le Sia 651 9th Ave, New York, NY 10036 #NYCEatingAdventures #NewYork #HotPotHeaven π
