Exploring New Yorkβs Culinary Scene π
Samwoojung π π’ We started our evening with some tea from Hey Tea Lab before heading to Samwoojung. On a busy work night, we were pleasantly surprised to find no wait for a table. We ordered the crab and tripe soup, both of which were highly recommended! πΈThe crab dish was particularly impressive, with a very authentic, flavorful taste that truly captured the essence of traditional Korean cuisine. The tripe soup was equally delightful, with a rich broth and tender tripe that melted in your mouth. π Pranakhon π πThis is a Michelin-recommended spot, and it definitely lives up to its reputation. We tried the short rib mussaman and pad thai. The curry was rich and flavorful, perfect for soaking up with rice, though the meat could have been more tender and flavorful. The pad thai, however, was a standout β full of wok-fired flavor and highly recommended! The noodles were perfectly cooked, with a nice balance of sweet, sour, and savory flavors. π The service here was top-notch too. One of the staff members even looked like someone from a drama Iβve seen β he had that familiar, charming vibe! The overall experience was fantastic, and Iβd definitely come back for another meal. π π #NewYork #NYCEatingAdventures #MichelinRecommended π
