🍴Exploring Paris: The Explosively Delicious Spot - Narro!
I've always wanted to try this Japanese-French fusion cuisine, and it completely exceeded my expectations! For dinner, one appetizer and one main course are more than enough to make you full, and sometimes the appetizer portion is as large as the main course! 🥙 Appetizers: TEMPURA DE FLEUR DE COURGETTE - Asparagus wrapped in zucchini puree tempura. Just from the name, you can tell it's a texture-rich dish. The tempura part is perfectly done, with all the juices locked inside; the zucchini puree is seasoned with black curry, adding a complex layer of flavor. GALANTINE DE FOIE GRAS AU PORTO - Duck meat with miso sauce and yuzu seasoning. This combination is incredibly harmonious. The duck itself is juicy, tender, and full of rich flavor! 🥘 Main Courses: PLUMA DE COCHON GRILLÉ - Grilled pork loin that is incredibly tender with a perfect balance of fat and lean. The scallions on the side are also grilled to perfection, and after absorbing the sauce, they pair incredibly with the pork for a satisfying bite! PAVÉ DE MAIGRE SAUVAGE - Pan-seared wild fish with potato scales. The fish is incredibly fresh and sweet, and the potato scales are crispy. The first bite was so deceptively good, highly recommended! ☘️ Tips: If the website shows no availability, you can still call the number on Google Maps to make a reservation; there's a good chance they'll have space available. (You can call at 6 PM for a 7 PM opening, other times may go unanswered) For ladies, ask the waiter to recommend a fruity white wine. I personally tested and found it incredibly delicious! Their lunch menu is also a great deal! A menu for just over 30 euros! 💰: Dinner is around 50+ euros per person #Paris #ParisFood #FoodExploration #JapaneseFrenchFusionCuisine #MustEatList
