We were happily stuffed 🤣. The flavor was great—fresh, sweet crab meat 🦀, and the bread was delicious, almost like brioche 🍞. Served with chips on the side. Clam Chowder & Halibut Corn Chowder: ⭕️ Both were amazing! No wonder it’s called Chowder House 🍲. You can choose between a cup or a bowl (bowl is twice the size). Free soda crackers are available on the table—crumbling them into the soup makes it even better 😋. If I had to choose one, I’d recommend the clam chowder—richer and more fragrant! On its own, it has a light salty taste; the dipping sauce is sweet, so I’d suggest trying a little first before dipping more. Green Curry with Beef: ⭕️ Delicious and a must-order! Sweet and fragrant with rich coconut flavor 🥥—perfect over rice 🍚. Pad Thai: ➖ A bit on the sweeter side, but still tasty. Somehow it had a salted egg yolk-like flavor 🥚? The fried tofu inside was really good though 👍. Summary: Big portions, tasty, and affordable—but service can be slow 🌟🌟🌟🌟 🏠 541 3rd Ave, Fairbanks, AK 99701 3️⃣ The Crepery Ate here two days in a row for breakfast 😂—tried both savory and sweet, and both were great 👍 Alaska Breakfast Crepe: ⭕️ Has reindeer sausage in it 🦌—ordered to try something new, and it was delicious! No weird gamey taste at all, paired with mushrooms, etc., very flavorful. But ⚠️ it contains raw onions—skip if you don’t like that. Crab Melt: ⭕️ So tasty 😋! The cheese and crab meat blend perfectly—eat it while it’s hot! The filling is so generous it’s almost overflowing 🦀🧀 Cheesecake with Blueberry: ⭕️ Tastes like a flowing New York cheesecake! A must-order for cheesecake/Basque cheesecake lovers 🍰💙. Meaty Crepe: ⭕️ Also really good—crispy bacon 🥓 with cheese, eggs, and more. Summary: A must-visit!
