Famous Portuguese Chef’s Casual Dining Restaurant Specializing

🌟This restaurant is opened by the renowned Portuguese chef Jose Avillez. It’s located in an ancient neighborhood of Lisbon and has retained many traditional details, offering a wonderful dining atmosphere. 🌟The menu focuses on traditional Portuguese cuisine, mainly featuring seafood and paella. “Bacalhau à Brás” is a typical Portuguese dish made with codfish, which is shredded and mixed with eggs and potatoes, creating a creamy texture with a bit of chewiness and a rich codfish flavor. It’s my favorite way to enjoy codfish, and I always order it when I visit. Another dish, the cuttlefish ink paella, is also delicious, as is the recommended red prawn paella, which is more like a soup-rice dish with very soft rice, catering to Chinese tastes. 🌟The venue is actually divided into several areas, with a total of four restaurants. The entrance is a casual eatery with simpler food. Upstairs is a pizza place, perfect for dining with children. 🌟There’s also a gourmet bar called Mini Bar, where you’ll be impressed by the wall art. In the evening, there are singing and dancing performances, and it’s highly recommended to have a martini. You can also have a meal here. 🌟At 10 PM, the place is still packed, with both tourists and locals filling the seats. #LisbonTravel #PortugalTravel
