Finally got to taste the super authentic handmade Udon noodles đ
On the weekend, I finally made it to this super popular Japanese Sanuki Udon noodle shop. Fellow surfers will know that Jisoo, Jennie, and Lisa have all been here, with Jennie visiting four or five times alreadyâhaha, itâs truly a BLACKPINK-approved restaurant! đ The restaurant has a traditional Japanese open kitchen, full of life and energy. You can see the chefs making the Udon noodles right in front of you. The owner is the renowned chef from the Michelin-starred Japanese restaurant Zen in Paris! Their signature dish is the Yuzu Pork Udon Soup (pictured), and the Tempura Egg Sauce Udon Noodle Salad is also amazing. You can add your own toppings, and each noodle dish comes with recommended extras. The best part? They have a Chinese menu! Iâve heard their fried chicken and Japanese BBQ are also fantastic.
