🤩 Finally Had an Amazing Italian Restaurant Experience!

🌟 Antica Osteria del Mirasole Rumor has it that this place ranked first on Italy’s 2025 osteria list! We made a special trip from Bologna by train, and although the journey was a bit of a hassle, the first bite made everything absolutely worth it! 🍴 Cream Tortellini (Panna Tortellini) I’d tried tortellini a few times before in Bologna and found it pretty average, but this one was completely different! The cream sauce was rich yet not heavy at all, and the pasta was thin with flavorful filling. 🐷 Grilled Pork Chop Seeing the wood-fired grill blazing in the kitchen, we decided to go all in on roasted meats for our main courses. 🐮 Royal Slow-Roasted Beef Neck This cut, taken from the neck of the cow, was slow-roasted to tenderness with deep meaty flavor. It was delicious, but slightly overshadowed by that amazing pork chop. ✅ We paired it with a local Lambrusco Secco—a dry, fruity sparkling wine with a hint of tannin that complemented the roasted meat perfectly! #BolognaFood #BolognaRestaurants #ItalianCuisine
