Finding a Warm Restaurant in an Empty City 🌆

I went out one day to grab some pizza, only to find the place was closed... While debating with a friend about what to eat, I suddenly remembered that my senior works at this restaurant. I had seen a great review of it recently, so we booked a table right away. The moment we walked in, I was blown away! The atmosphere was so inviting. Similar to Freddy's, this spot also specializes in tapas, but here it’s a refined, upscale experience (and yes, pricier) but you can tell there’s a true sense of taste and style here. When you're seated, they’ll ask if you prefer sparkling or still water, and they serve each person in an elegant bottle. The wine selection is extensive, with more than one sommelier ready to assist. Dishes: White tuna marinated in Japanese lime-soy sauce 🍣—highly recommended! Mussels with hazelnut butter 🌰🧈—must-try! Both of these dishes are heavenly with their house bread—perfect for soaking up every bit of sauce, total satisfaction! Another dish we tried was Roasted fennel root with fish sauce. It wasn’t as impressive, but the freshness and overall balance were still excellent. Maybe we were too full from the first two dishes? Overall, the ambiance was lovely. It’s a bit more refined and upscale than Freddy’s—perfect for a date. The ingredients here are carefully selected and showcase the chef's attention to seasonal flavors. If you’re in Paris and unsure where to eat, go here now! #InspirationNotes #Paris #LifeinFrance #DateNight #HiddenGems #RestaurantReview #WeekendAdventures #FollowMeToExplore
