We opted for their prix-fixe menu, and it was an exquisite journey from start to finish. We began with: Foie Gras – rich, buttery, and beautifully presented 🦆 Tempura Squash Blossoms stuffed with lobster and crab 🦀🌼 – crispy, delicate, and packed with flavor For our mains: Beef Wellington – perfectly cooked, wrapped in flaky pastry with a luxurious duxelles and pâté layer 🥩🍄 Duck – my girlfriend’s choice, and it was tender, juicy, and masterfully seasoned 🦆 Both dishes were executed with precision and passion.
