Fine Dining in Philly: Yuhiro Omakase Sushi šŸ£āœØ

I swear I won’t do fine dining again before going back home… unless it’s this good šŸ˜‚. Menu at the end. This was my first omakase experience, so I don’t have much to compare it to—you really need to try more to know what’s exceptional. But throughout the meal, my brain was just screaming: ā€Delicious… delicious… deliciousā€¦ā€ šŸ§ šŸ’„ The uni toast absolutely blew my mind 🤯. The little toast was soft inside, crispy and charred on the outside—toasty, slightly sweet from the starch, layered with the rich salty umami of generous uni. I never expected such complex, incredible flavor! Some dishes, like the futomaki, looked amazing and tasted as expected—but the uni toast was a delicious surprise. šŸ¶ Paired with Hizo Otokoyama Junmai Ginjo —I’m no sake expert, but it was smooth, clean, and complemented the fish beautifully. šŸ’ø Tip: Paying in cash gets you 10% off… sadly I booked last-minute and didn’t have time to withdraw cash 😭. #PhillyFineDining #YuhiroOmakase #OmakaseFirstTimer #UniToast #SakePairing #PhillyEats
