I found this restaurant called EMO in the heart of Helsinki on Google! Seeing a 4.5-star rating made me think it was worth a try～ It's only a 10-minute walk from Helsinki Central Station 🚶‍♂️🚶‍♀️ As soon as I entered, I felt the decor and atmosphere were superb and incredibly aesthetically pleasing 🌟 📝 I ordered a Classic 3-course meal And guess what? The flavors were exceptionally delicious Especially the cold appetizer! The combination of fish and caviar wasn't fishy at all, and the flavors were well-balanced The main course was pan-fried pork neck 🥩. The pork neck was fragrant, but a bit overcooked and dry. However, the side dishes were incredibly refreshing—pickled radish, cucumber, and celery. The whole combination was a great way to cut through the richness, and it was a novel and commendable pairing 👏 The dessert at the end! It was simply my favorite 🍨. The ice cream was special—not too sweet but very fragrant. Paired with the chocolate cake, their chef really knows how to create a satisfying and non-greasy combination.
