Finnish Local Flavors at Michelin 🪑
A friend recommended this Michelin restaurant, and it's completely worth it. As soon as I sat down, they recommended a strange tea. Since I quite enjoy sour flavors, I was able to accept it. Appetizer: Reindeer Tartare It has a very soft texture, served with mushrooms. It was my first time eating reindeer meat, but it was not strange or hard to accept at all. Main Course: 🍽️ I ordered a fish and spring roll dish. The menu name is “Pan-fried wild fish with Nokka’s spring roll and hemp miso sauce.” It was so delicious 🤤 The fried fish was fragrant and tender. The spring roll had pickles inside, adding a refreshing touch. 🍽️ I also ordered a dish of Italian dumplings. The menu name is “Ramsons-ricotta ravioli with herb tempeh and béarnaise sauce.” It was incredibly tasty, with the rich layers and depth of flavor you'd find in fine French cuisine. The sauce was excellent, and the textures of the food were varied – crispy, sticky from the dumpling skin, soft from the filling, and juicy from the pickles – a rich tapestry of emotions. There was a lot going on, but it all harmoniously came together in the mouth. I call this delicious. Dessert: A white chocolate ice cream made to look like a Magnum. It tasted like almond tofu. The flavor was neither here nor there, but the presentation was beautiful. Served on a stone plate, it was quite tasteful. The atmosphere of the restaurant was also very nice. #FinnishCuisine
