It was my first visit to this restaurant, and I was continuously delighted by the experience! The menu offered a wide array of choices, and every dish we ordered was bursting with flavor: Barabiya Pita โ fluffy, tender, and absolutely delicious Chickpea Hummus (Vegan) and Beef Short Rib Hummus โ rich, creamy, and deeply satisfying Large Chunky Salad, Eggplant with Plums, Beef Brisket Donut, and Rafa Haute Couture โ each dish was vibrant, creative, and full of personality We paired the meal with a bottle of Blanc de LโObservatoire from Chรขteau Ksara โ a Lebanese wine that was good quality, though not particularly memorable. ๐ท๐ฟ A special thank you to Kassem, whose service was both professional and warmly attentive.
