Fishers in the City | Edinburgh Seafood Restaurant
🦞 Scottish Langoustines Market price at 28 pounds per pound, with four in a pound. Highly recommended! The sauce is refreshingly unique, something I haven’t tasted elsewhere. The langoustines are tender and come with a side of chips – seriously, these 🍟 are so good, better than Burger King or McDonald’s! 🐚 Steamed Shetland Mussels £17.50 A must-try! For three people, it’s more cost-effective to order the large portion. After finishing the mussels, dip the bread in the sauce for a garlicky, creamy bread experience 🥖. 🐟 Tuna Tartare £12 It’s okay, but the base is a bit soft; it would be better with a firmer bread. 🦪 A plate of oysters as a starter, incredibly fresh with a vinger sauce, delicious and makes me want to achieve oyster freedom. 🍤 Fish and Chips Deluxe, the national dish of the UK. We ordered the large to share, the shrimp were fried to perfection, the cod can be a bit heavy, and it comes with a pea dip. For three people, the average cost is around 40. Seafood options are flexible, with lobster being a bit pricier. By the way, the waiter was really handsome, fit, and the mature type. #HiddenGemRestaurant #EdinburghFood #EdinburghSeafood #GlobalFoodieSquad
