Fiskeriet Youngstorget😋😋
🌟 A quick stop in Oslo during a layover with EVE Airlines Rushed to grab the only proper meal of the day Managed to walk in and wait a bit, but it was worth it in the cold weather🐟 🌟 Definitely recommend making a reservation in advance The restaurant is quite small. I ordered a few dishes recommended by xhs. The fish soup was warm and comforting, like a cream of mushroom soup without the mushrooms. It was great with bread. The Salmon Tataki had nice seasoning. 🐟 The oysters, sweet shrimp, and Bacalao were just average.🥣 The place seems popular with locals, but most of them ordered fish and chips. Not sure if it’s the only one, but it’s definitely popular. 🌟 Both dine-in and takeout orders were very high, and we waited for about half an hour. The waitstaff were quite busy, and the service quality was average. 📍 Address: Youngstorget 2b, 0181 Oslo, Norway, located near the Central Station and the Munch Museum 👍 Recommended Dishes:🌟 · FISH & CHIPS · SNOWCRAB · OYSTERS · CATCH OF THE DAY · FISH GRATIN Fish and chips were a must-order at almost every table, and they were pretty standard. The fish soup was quite good. Compared to another very popular place, Vulkanfisk, this one seemed to have a bit of lemon, making it less greasy and not too heavy, so it tasted quite refreshing. The snow crab was very fresh and worth the price.🐟 🌟 It’s indeed a decent seafood restaurant, but the menu is quite limited. The restaurant itself is small and the ambiance is pretty basic, making it more suitable for takeout. #GlobalEater #OC #Food #NorwayTravel #GetSomethingToEat778 #Oslo #Norway #Nordic #Restaurant #Seafood #Snowcrab #FishSoup #Eatspot #Fries #FishAndChips
