Florence's Boboli Gardens 🌸
🌳Free entry on the first Sunday of every month. On free days, it's not ideal to visit places like the Uffizi Gallery, which are crowded even without free admission. The Pitti Palace and Boboli Gardens are worth having instead~ 🌳Combo ticket: When buying tickets online, you'll need to fill in the visiting time. The Uffizi must be the first of the three attractions visited, and the time you enter for ticket inspection marks the beginning of the validity period; it's valid for 5 days but note that it's for single entry only—you can't enter the Uffizi Gallery/Boboli Gardens/Pitti Palace multiple times. Boboli Gardens 🌳Located on the hills behind the Pitti Palace, it is the "imperial garden" of the Medici family. In June 2013, the Boboli Gardens, along with 13 other Medici family gardens and villas, were added to the World Heritage List. 🌳The gardens close at six-thirty in the evening. After visiting the Pitti Palace, it takes just a couple of minutes to get to the Boboli Gardens. If you wish to stroll through the gardens at dusk, it's a good idea to leave the Pitti Palace around six and head straight to the gardens. 🌳If you're short on time, you can skip the Boboli Gardens. But if you have ample time, the evening (after six in the summer) is a good choice. By this time, the temperature has dropped, the evening breeze is refreshing, cicadas are singing, and you can leisurely walk to the highest point of the garden, overlooking the Duomo and the panoramic view of the city—truly a beautiful experience! #Florence #CulturalAttractions #Italy #ItalianLandmarks
