Florence's Secret Garden - Giardino Baldini 🌺💐
🌹If you happen to find yourself in Florence during spring, be sure not to miss these hidden gardens. They are located in the bustling city yet cleverly avoid all the crowded tourists. 🌹Few travel guides mention them, and even many locals born and raised in the area overlook their existence. But once you immerse yourself in this splendid floral event, you will surely remember the spring in Florence with longing. The most beautiful observation deck on the south bank. 🌹Open Tuesday to Sunday, 8:15 am - 4:30 pm. Admission is 8 euros. 🌹The Baldini Garden, situated between Costa San Giorgio and Borgo San Niccolò, covers an area of four hectares, composed of woodlands, gardens, vegetable gardens, orchards, and medieval walls. 🌹Due to the variety of flowers in the garden, the blooming period lasts for half a year. The most unmissable sight is the wisteria that blooms in mid-April. 🌹The wisteria arbor, located in the northwest corner of the garden, starts to bloom around April 10th and only lasts for 10 days. Due to the garden's terrain and sunlight conditions, the best time to photograph the wisteria arbor is between 3 and 4 pm. 🌹If you visit in other seasons, you will also be accompanied by irises, roses, and hydrangeas. You can also enjoy a cup of coffee under the long corridor in the middle of the garden and savor a moment of leisure and contentment. #Italy #Garden #SecretGarden
