Florence | 🍷 Red Wine Steak Lovers Must-Visit 🥩
🥂"A meal without WINE is called Breakfast" — A meal without red wine can only be considered breakfast. Located across the river from the city center of Florence, there's an Italian restaurant that specializes in steaks, perfect for foodies who love red wine and steak. The interior is decorated with various famous red wines, and even the door frame is adorned with wine corks, which is quite interesting. 🥂Although the restaurant is known for its steaks, I was worried about the large portion sizes, so I tried other pasta dishes and a smaller portion of filet mignon. Following the owner's recommendation, I ordered a Carpaccio di Black Angus as a starter. It's similar to raw marinated beef slices, served with vegetables, nuts, and a unique sauce. It's very fresh and a special dish. 🥂The classic Carbonara is also very tasty, with the ham not being too greasy, possibly due to being fried, giving it a crispy texture. I chose the Scottona filet mignon, which wasn't a large portion but was nicely plated, and the meat was delicious. For truffle lovers, there's a whole page dedicated to truffle dishes on the menu, with both pasta and meat options. 🥂The desserts were average but varied daily. 🥂It's worth mentioning that the waitstaff were very enthusiastic and attentive, appearing very professional. They explained the ingredients of each dish and constantly reminded guests not to waste food! When you come here, you must order a large steak with multiple people, after all, you're here specifically for the Florence steak! #Florence #FoodSharing #MyFoodDiary #FoodDaily #HiddenGemRestaurants #ExploreRestaurants #Italy #ItalianCuisine #FlorenceFood #Steak #FlorenceSteak #ItalianWine #WhatToEatForDinner #NicheRestaurants #WhatToEat #ItalianFoodRecommendations #FlorenceRestaurant
