Florence | It's not Lemon Juice, It's Liquor and Passion. 🍹🔥
🍽️In the time it takes to watch a movie or listen to a playlist, I landed under the bright Tuscan sun. My first stop was the artsy Florence. 🍽️After checking into the hotel and without a restaurant booked, I looked up a nearby family tavern with good reviews. I didn't expect it to be particularly artistic and beautiful—a retro, stylish, high-ceilinged environment. 🍽️Handsome and adorable Italian boys are a feast for the eyes. 🍽️Speaking of the food, I ordered a seafood platter and pasta. The lobster was fresh and sweet, and anchovies have been my recent favorite. The pasta was also firm and satisfying. Eating pasta in Italy is never a bad idea, right? 🍽️The portions were generous and full of sincerity. We drank a bottle of Italy's own white wine. 🍽️The bread was casually served in a paper bag, which was quite nice. With balsamic vinegar and olive oil, it was authentic and delicious. 🍽️For dessert, it had to be tiramisu. 🍽️Overall, the restaurant was beautiful and tasty, and the prices were very affordable. 🍽️By the way, the complimentary drink at the end wasn't lemon juice but liquor. One sip sent me soaring—it was too strong to handle. 🍽️If you live nearby, it's worth a visit. I wouldn't recommend making a special trip just for it.
