Florence | Underrated but Top 8 Beautiful Restaurant

📍 **Casa Ciabattini** After getting overwhelmed by restaurant choices, I picked this place on TheFork for our last day—it’s ranked in the top 8! The beef tartare and ragù were both split into two portions for us, and both were excellent. 🍖 The roasted guinea fowl wrapped in sausage crumbs is skippable. The osso buco (stewed beef knuckle) is large, delicious, and very tender. This time, the panna cotta was the real deal—I could see the dense vanilla seeds, and the rich cream flavor was perfectly balanced by the tangy berry compote. I love this kind of pronounced sourness in some desserts. 🍵 The ambiance is great too, with a blue dining room and a cute red open kitchen. 🌟 #Florence #FlorenceRestaurants #HiddenGemRestaurants
